At Jackery United Kingdom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
